Symonds & Sampson in London.
We held our Autumn Country Property Forum in The London Office, St James Place on Tuesday 16th October 2018. The Forum presents a great opportunity for London and Home Counties buyers to meet our people face to face and to gather first hand comprehensive details of both the area to which they are hoping to relocate and individual properties that are on the market or will be available over the coming months.
Residential Partner Simon Neville-Jones, Consultant Nigel Sheppard and Poundbury Residential Manager Peter Grout-Smith, together with Bob Bickersteth of The London Office met prospective buyers from Central London.
There was demand for renovation projects in the £250,000 to £1,000,000 price range across a large area of our operation. The area is seen to represent excellent value to those living in London with buyers looking to fund their purchase without resorting to selling their London home. Some planned to let out their London property or re-mortgage in order to raise the capital for their project and move to the country.
We all experienced an enjoyable and productive day in the capital, with many new leads to follow up and viewings to be booked over the coming weeks.
The Symonds & Sampson team will be back in London in the Spring for the next Country Property Forum. We very much look forward to meeting new buyers and where we will be showcasing a wide selection of properties for sale and to let in Devon, Dorset, Hampshire, Somerset and Wiltshire.
