Landmark Poundbury Development Celebrates Successful London Launch

A luxurious collection of apartments coupled with the unfaltering appeal of Dorset led to an extremely successful London launch of CG Fry & Son’s Royal Pavilion in Dorset recently.

The architecturally significant landmark development, which is in the heart of Poundbury, was launched at The London Office with agents Symonds & Sampson.

The event saw a number of enquiries from potential buyers who are looking to leave London and move to the Dorset town, which is the vision of HRH The Prince of Wales.

Royal Pavilion is a collection of just twenty apartments that brings design standards normally associated with prime residential properties in the Capital. From the classical stone colonnade to the spacious private terraces, every apartment has been individually designed to provide a gracious scale of living combined with the latest technology.

Residents will also benefit from adjoining Spa facilities including treatment rooms, a swimming pool and gymnasium.
Speaking of the launch, Caroline Hill, Sales and Marketing Director at CG Fry & Son commented; “We were delighted with the success of the launch which saw a good number of enquiries from people at the venue and those who couldn’t attend on the day but have since made appointments.”

The team at Symonds & Sampson are anticipating further interest from potential buyers this week at a South West event which is again being hosted at The London Office.

Residential Manager of Symonds & Sampson, Peter Grout-Smith added “We were very pleased to announce the launch of Royal Pavilion. Its success was no surprise as it is becoming recognised as the most exclusive new address in the South West.”
