All Routes Lead To The Country From Olympia

London buyers look to leave the city at The London & Country Property Show.

All Routes Lead To The Country From Olympia

Symonds & Sampson attended the twelfth London & Country Property Show at the beautiful new venue, The Pillar Hall, of the world famous Olympia London on Tuesday 17th April 2018 organised by The London Office.  Partner Richard Taylor, Poundbury Residential Manager Peter Grout-Smith and Sturminster Newton Assistant Manager Anabel Merriman attended the show.

The event was hugely successful with a steady flow of buyers from London and the home counties who came to visit our stand looking to move.

There were a wide variety of requirements, from second homes, to properties with additional residences to create income, a developer looking on behalf of clients to purchase land to build retirement homes; we also had a couple looking for a property with woodland, another couple researching to buy a property from which to run both dog grooming and photography businesses prior to a move in the future.

Being such a multi-disciplined company we were also able to offer advice on such diverse subjects as planning, auction, rental as well as rural and agricultural properties.  We registered applicant’s details and arranged property viewings whilst at the show.

Yet again our award winning Country Matters magazine received many compliments and was handed out to both visitors to the show and other agents attending.

We would like to thank our fabulous suppliers for supporting us again this year who provided delicious eats to restore tired visitors; Thomas J Fudge’s, Olives Et Al and Virginia Hayward Hampers and gave us a most colourful stand.
