Symonds & Sampson are the market leaders throughout much of our region and in the first part of the year we have added over 5,000 new buyers to our already extensive database. Most are motivated to buy this year and we have seen strong activity in all price ranges. The regional property market therefore, continues to be resilient despite national uncertainty surrounding our position in Europe.

Our recent sales have been agreed at between 90% and 120% of the guide price but that is only part of the challenge.
