Career Opportunities

We are always looking for new talent

At Symonds & Sampson, we value our people and recognise how everyone plays an important part in making our business tick. Whether you are starting out or looking to further your career we continually encourage and support staff to obtain professional qualifications and attend relevant courses. Our graduate and training schemes aims to recruit young people with bright talent at the beginning of their career and provide the support they need to become a future leader within the firm; many of our senior staff and partners have been with us since finishing education.

We ask staff to make suggestions and join discussions and forums to make recommendations to Senior Management, and the Partners have an open door policy and are always approachable and eager to hear ideas and concerns.

Hard work and dedication is recognised and rewarded with excellent career progression opportunities, remuneration and commission packages and bonuses where appropriate.

It’s certainly not all work and no play! Firm socials include barbeques, dinners, drinks, quiz nights, networking events, watching and playing sport to name but a few. At least once a year the whole firm gets together for the popular Christmas party. We are well known for our friendly office atmosphere.

So, whether you are already in property, looking to transfer your skills from another profession, or looking for a return to work opportunity, we’d love to hear from you.

Symonds & Sampson is an equal opportunities employer.
