Property Management Administrator

Symonds & Sampson are looking for a Full time Administrator to join our Property Management Department based in Poundbury, Dorchester.  The ideal candidate will be organised, flexible, cheerful and empathetic in this varied and rewarding role. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Maintaining good relations with Landlords, Tenants and Contractors 
  • Handling Telephone enquiries
  • Diary and Database management
  • Responding to emails 
  • Raising works orders and processing invoices 

KEY SKILLS 

  • Good level of customer service skills - verbal and written
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
  • Self-motivation
  • High level of computer proficiency including Microsoft Office

REWARDS

  • Salary - Competitive salary commensurate with experience

STARTING DATE - The requirement for this role is immediate 

THE BURRATON OFFICE is a multi-disciplinary office within Poundbury, with its excellent range of local amenities within walking distance.  It is home to Property Management, Accounts, Compliance and Agricultural departments.  The legendary ‘Burraton bake-off’ ensures cake at least once a week.
