  • On-site selling at Farm Dispersal Sales 
  • Market auctioneering
  • Cataloguing and sale preparation 
  • Ability to identify and develop business opportunities 
  • Land management experience desirable but not essential 


  • Rostrum experience preferred but not essential for the right candidate

THE ROLE - Due to increased workload and ambition for expansion and development of the department, we have an opening for an experienced Building Surveyor

LOCATION - Wimborne, Dorset and covering the firm’s area of work throughout Wessex


  • Level 2 & 3 Inspection & Reporting
  • Schedules of Condition/Dilapidations
  • Defect diagnosis
  • Development monitoring on behalf of lenders
  • Preparation of Schedules of Work and Specifications, preparing tender packages and Contract Administration
  • Experience with residential, commercial and agricultural property


  • MRICS qualified
  • Willingness to assist in the training and progression of graduates/trainees
  • 1-3 years’ post qualification experience
  • Full UK driving licence
