A few DIY Ideas…

Frame wallpaper and fabric samples or wrapping paper for a thrifty fix!

Nip to your local charity shop and pick up some cheap framed art. Remove the glass, paint the hardboard with chalk paint and the frame whatever colour you like and voila! An endlessly editable blank canvas perfect for both big and little kids.

No need for the magnets on the fridge… mount up some wooden clipboards (painted your favourite colour) to create a ‘clip board’ gallery which can house any little artists you might have most recent masterpieces.

Or get really craft and jump on the macrame and wall hanging bandwagon, or hang some poms poms or tassels or make a whole flower wall! The possibilities are endless.

How To Hang

Everyone knows about hanging frames but have you considered taking the art out of the glass? Try poster hangers, poster clips and even just washi taping the corners to the walls for a more modern look.

Staying safe with a frame? Look to IKEA, The Range, Charity Shops and of course the internet for some bargain prices

Don’t want to use nails? Try some command strips!

A picture is worth a thousand words, so go on and let your walls speak for themselves.
