After 2 years where very few farms have been for sale Symonds & Sampson are bringing to the market eight across Dorset and Somerset. They extend from 30 acres to 172 acres and will give buyers an unrivalled chance to purchase a farm to suit their requirements.
The government’s flagship RDPE environmental stewardship schemes are still open to new applicants; the schemes run by Natural England are split into Entry (ELS) and Higher (HLS) Level agreements. The DEFRA produced maps of Dorset show a number of farms are not involved in either scheme and farmers and landowners could be missing out.
