Property Search Help
Location
You can search this site by entering the name of the County, town or village you are interested in. You can also search by the first part of a postcode e.g BA22. or by an abbreviated name eg Dorch for Dorchester.
Min and Max Prices
The drop down lists enable you to select properties in a range of prices. You can leave these fields blank but will then get an overlong search result
Beds
We would advise you to select the minimum number of beds you would accept. You may be able to add another bedroom or alter an existing room (subject to any necessary consents). Again you can leave these fields blank to return more results.
Keywords
The keyword search allows you to search for properties by words that are incorporated in the brief property description. This is useful if you are looking for something in particular e.g. bungalow, thatched, period but may reduce the number of suitable properties in your search. You can use any word, an abbreviation of a word or an exact phrase, by clicking in the boxes below the keyword search.
Land Area
The land area drop down gives a range of acreages which you can use to make your search more exact.
