A prospective purchaser mightn't be able to find the right property to buy, or may want to take 'time out' and monitor interest rates and property prices. A would-be vendor may decide to hold onto their property rather than sell. The close working relationships we have between the departments ensures that a Landlord or Tenant is able to seek realistic advice and constantly review both markets

Our Residential Lettings department experiences demand throughout the Wessex region for quality properties and their management. We have five letting offices in Dorchester, Yeovil, Axminster, Bridport (covering Beaminster) and Sturminster Newton (covering Blandford). As a result of ever-changing regulations and legislation covering tenanted property, together with the more exacting requirements of tenants and landlords, we ensure regular training of our staff based at all these centres so that we provide the best advice and management skills.

All our lettings offices are Licensed Members of the Association of Residential Letting Agents. Prospective Landlords can be re-assured that we offer comprehensive letting and/or full management services from experienced and qualified staff.  We subscribe to strict standards of professionalism, client protection and staff training and are always  pleased to discuss the letting of your property.
