James stepped from higher education straight to estate agency and has enjoyed the past 10 years as a successful Sales Negotiator gathering tremendous confidence and diplomacy along the way.
Having never wished to attempt an alternative career or another path, James' wish is to produce exciting results and raise the bar of estate agency through to his ever optimistic retirement years.
The year 2005 has been by far the most exciting chapter with the birth of his first son (Jack) who arrived on New Years Day, fuelling his wish to provide and succeed.
James is the next generation of Symonds and Sampson - his teamwork, attitude and devotion has been moulded from his athletic achievements, both on and off the field.
