Symonds & Sampson - Paul Longridge-Berry
Paul started his career in estate agency in Exeter and progressed with the same firm throughout the region. Following a short spell in Exeter selling Country Houses, he moved to East Devon and spent 14 enjoyable years in Axminster with GBT before moving 'across the road' to Symonds and Sampson.
Paul is the eldest of three brothers from a North Devon farming family with his middle brother now running the farm, and the youngest also a successful agent. Paul and his wife Zoe live in Sidmouth and he attributes his long career in a demanding business to his enjoyment of the area in which he works and his readiness to embrace new challenges.
Paul is a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents.
