Symonds & Sampson - Jane Moir
After Jane left Harper Adams Agricultural College in 1980, she worked for three companies before establishing her own successful contract milking and agricultural recruitment company in 1985 following a move from the Midlands to Dorset. However, the recent decline of dairy farming meant that new horizons had to be considered.
With parents who by their own admission have been serial house buyers, Jane was trained to look in estate agents' windows from an early age and has enjoyed a lifelong interest in property, so in August 2004, when offered the opportunity to join the Residential department at Symonds & Sampson, Wimborne, Jane had no hesitation in accepting the challenge to take on a varied role within this office.
Away from work, Jane lives on a dairy farm and lists her interests, if not reading a book, as skiing, travel, music, theatre, and providing an on-demand taxi service for her teenage son.
