Contact: Tel: 01935 423526 Email MeLester grew up on the family farm on Exmoor before attending the Royal Agricultural College at Cirencester. He joined Symonds & Sampson at the Yeovil office in 1990 moving to Sturminster in 1995.
Lester manages the quota department with Alison Hall, the head quota trader. Well known as the store cattle auctioneer at Yeovil market, Lester also deals with all types of agricultural professional work including pipeline claims, entry level stewardship schemes, grass keep agreements and compiles annual livestock valuations.
Outside the office interests have varied from horses including team chasing, banger racing and more recently water sports. He and his wife Sharon water ski and wake board although with the recovery rate from crashes taking its toll Lester now prefers to drive the boat and teach others.
