A belated word of thanks for your time and advice on the matter of disposing of The Forge. I have contacted the young man who had previously expressed an interest in purchasing the building, and he and his parents have responded in a very positive manner. A surveyor has looked at the building on their behalf, and they are clearly interested in the premises. Whether or not they will meet the price remains to be seen. If they do not I shall simply work my way through the remaining interested parties, before coming to you to assist with the sale. It has been a great help to be able to offer the building on first refusal at a named price arrived at by a competent professional.
I shall let you know how matters develop,and assuming a sale is made, I would like to pay you for your time and professional services in this matter. I know that you have said that a market valuation is free, but if I make a sale as a consequence of your judgement, I would like to reward you for it. I shall certainly recommend you and your company to those that I meet, and thank you once again for your time and advice.

I purchased the above property through your office in September of this year. I am writing to complement you on the staff who were involved in the purchase. My main praise must be for Sue Melhuish who realised very early on that I wanted a house of charm and character and selected this house for me to view. Throughout the negotiations Sue was unfailingly patient. In Sue's abscence I was fortunate enough to be able to rely on Rowland Privett who was also charming and very supportive.
Having moved house many times I have dealt with a considerable number of estate agents. I am very pleased therefore to say how impressed I have been with the professionalism of Sue and Rowland. They are a credit to your office.
