Symonds & Sampson are well known for auctioning unusual property but in their collective property sale on 29 June they have what they consider to be one of the most wonderful and unique lots to have been offered for sale for many years.

Symonds & Sampson had a 100% success rate at their property auction on Friday 27 April in Sherborne.

We enjoyed a highly successful Property Auction sale on at The Guildhall, Axminster on Friday 20th April.  A full room, with an air of excitement prevailing enjoyed the proceedings.

Our auction on the 23 March was held on the hottest day of the year so far and the high temperatures reflected the very warm interest in the room.  Residential, commercial and agricultural property was on offer in Dorset and Somerset and the sixteen lots raised £2.367 million

We held our final property auction of 2011 at Sherborne on 15 December.  Fifteen lots were offered under the hammer with terrific interest from all over the country and prospective purchasers also flew in from Northern Ireland, Switzerland and New York.
