Symonds & Sampson LLP provide these valuation reports and accreditation has been granted to the firm under the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Assurance Scheme in recognition of the service that we provide.
A computerised system for handling survey and valuation instructions is used to cover the whole of our area, ensuring the rapid turn-around of instructions, which is so important for house buyers and their mortgage lenders.
For anyone buying a house it is increasingly important to have a surveyor's report identifying necessary repairs, likely repair costs, recommending further inspections where required and providing a valuation of the property. This information is included within the Homebuyer Survey & Valuation. For older properties, properties of non conventional construction or properties that have undergone significant modifications, a full Building Survey might be more appropriate (see Building Surveying Section)
