I am just writing to say how hard your staff have worked to get me a tenant. We had several would be tenants over the last 6 months. One failed the financial test, one tried to "try" it on behind your backs to get in without your involvement (my loyalty to your staff and Symonds & Sampson soon shot that one out of the water) and several have feigned interest wasting everyones time.

Your staff have been brilliant - fending off several imposters, checking them out and keeping my spirits up when my top end property stood silently empty for nearly six months.

They are two delightful ladies who have always made time for me when I have gone into the office to see how things are going - gently advising and explaining why it might be a good idea to come down below the £1000 mark but not forcing me to do anything I didn't want to.

Now my confidence has paid off. I have found a decent tenant who has paid up front and is moving in shortly.

I think the staff are terrific which is why I have stuck with them and your Axminster office since I first rented the property out some six years ago. I have every confidence in them and hope you will pass on my thanks to them.
