We came second in a Mystery Shopping exercise carried out by the Property Portal Rightmove earlier in March. The exercise examined how quickly 120 agents in the South of England responded to requests for property particulars from the Rightmove website. We endeavour to ensure that clients' properties, from whichever office is handling the sale are circulated as quickly as possible to interested parties.
