The Bridport Lettings office of Symonds & Sampson is pleased to announce that Richard Chubb has passed his Technical Award in Residential Lettings becoming a member of ARLA (the Association Residential Letting Agents).
Lucy Clinch ARLA, manager of the Bridport Lettings Office says "Symonds & Sampson are very committed to providing ongoing training for their staff. Lettings staff attend various courses every year ensuring they are up to date on the latest legislation and case law so that clients are always given the best possible advice and service."
To gain the ARLA membership, staff must pass the Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management. The Technical Award is a Level 3 qualification within the National Qualifications Framework, which means it is broadly equivalent to A-Level standard. This exam covers health and safety, security and all legal aspects of property letting and management.
"I think it is very important for lettings staff to have constant training, as this is such a fast paced and ever developing business" says Richard Chubb. "Without it, we just would not be able to offer our clients the level of service that is required in this busy industry"
