I am writing on behalf of the family to thank you very much for your efficient service in identifying a buyer for my late father's bungalow. As you know the sale is now completed; the Neills have moved in and I understand the folks who were burnt out of their thatched cottage are now installed, probably as tenants, in the Neills old house they retained in Puncknowle - a satisfactory outcome.

All went very smoothly in the end. So lucky with the weather, mild, dry and lovely sunshine for both days. Very sad for my mum and myself leaving. Dozens of neighbours calling in with pressies (spent several hours today digging in daffodil bulbs). We have seen a lot of the buyers who seem to be delightful and we feel will genuinely appreciate the house. Many thanks for your efforts over the sale. I appreciate the care you took in ensuring that the viewings were accompanied by yourselves. I believe we made the right choice when selecting Symonds & Sampson. Move in today went very smoothly and positively for my mum. Neighbours calling round with freshly made soup etc.
I just wanted to put in writing what I said to you the other day, in that the excellent service and professionalism that you and your team gave to the whole matter of selling The Old Well House made the whole experience from your side extremely easy for us.
I admit that we were very lucky to have a buyer so quickly, that being said we didn't loose him either.
You all acted and did as asked, keeping me informed at all times with facts that were correct and unequivocal so that there was no chance for mis-interpretation. I am sure that this had a strong bearing on the successful outcome.
I mention this since it was rather the reverse, at times, with my purchase which finished up with me going to see the vendor the day before completion to discover what he was so upset about. It became very apparent to us both that communication of accurate queries and responses could have been better with certain areas, which he was paying for.
In a word I am delighted with the whole sale, many thanks to you and your team for making the sale the easy part of the whole transaction.
I will know who to use next time!

We would like to thank you both for the help and guidance you gave us prior to yesterday's auction. We are clearly a little disappointed that we were not successful but we really do believe in fate, so it was obviously not meant to be this time. We did enjoy the auction experience and have learned a lot in the process. In following your basic guidelines and advice it was not the scary experience we had first envisaged.
Greenway would have been a magical property for us, but we are sure you will help us find something equal, or even better, in the not too distant future.
We must say we are very pleased for Mike Harris. We know that you gave him a lot of help so you must be pleased too - you did a very good job. It is a shame you do not have an office at this end of the world so that you could do the same for us.
